Duarte is an insurance industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience. Recently, he has been promoted to lead Sterling’s operations as President. Previously, Duarte served as the Chief Operating Officer and Secretary-Treasurer for a California-based Fraternal Benefit Society with over 12,000 members holding life insurance and annuity products. Duarte is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of California.
