She currently leads Sterling’s operations and IT teams and has been a member of Sterling’s executive team for the past 7 years. Shavee has made significant contributions to the company, particularly in steering the technological roadmap and product innovation, and improving internal communication between different departments and IT. Her strategic planning, project prioritization, and excellent execution have been critical to the successful implementation of various IT initiatives. She graduated from California State University, Fresno, and is a food enthusiast.
